I had a great experience with the firm and the team. Initially, I was trying to figure out the value of a Trust vs. a traditional will and why we felt we needed to update our position. The team was amazing and reviewed the trust implications and how we were better protected vs. the will we had previously developed. Incredibly poor performance - my family and I are disappointed and underwhelmed from the repeated lackluster efforts and missed timelines. Their unfulfilled promises have only caused more burden, stress, cost and anxiety for my family.

Boiler plate trusts and they spell your name wrong? Run away quickly and find attorney that cares. We asked for a refund of our $6500 trust and ***** offered $750. Because they did the work was her quote. When asked for the trusts, they werent finished was the reply. ****, as a religious man, I am shocked by your review since this does not represent the situation at all. However, you are correct, when we complete the work according to the contract that we both signed, I do not offer refunds. The work was completed multiple times based on you and your wife changing your minds on what you wanted. To create an effective estate plan, the couple has to agree on what they want to achieve.
This was a wonderful experience, even though it is a sensitive and personal issue. Josh Nelson answered all my questions and helped me develop a plan for the future. I had no ideal it would be so detailed with several issues. I had several visits before the final draft.
