I have been going to Dr. Nelson and Dr. Gonzalez for 10 years. I have 5 children who are their patients. Dr. Nelson and his team are the best. I have nothing but good things to say, and they have handled even some complicated situations that one of our kids had with extraordinary competence, compassion, and honesty.
DO NOT GO HERE! They schedule 6+ patients at a time starting at 7:30am but routinely start seeing patient after 7:45 and the delays build from there throughout the day. Staff is non-apologetic and blame the delays on Dr. Nelson showing up late every day. They call all six initial, 7:30 patients back to chairs 15-20 minutes late then the patients sit for another 15-30 minutes before being seen. Then they just fall further behind as the day goes on. Dr. Nelson is so great with kids, he has the calmest and most caring demeanor and always treats us with the utmost respect. He explains everything he is doing so my kids aren't afraid and is simply a calming and knowledgeable presence. Highly recommend.
Wouldn't take my kids anywhere else.
