The best dentist. His staff makes you feel comfortable. Never been to a dentist that cares so much. I use to be scared but being here makes me feel that they really care. Thanks again!
It was an Excellent (5 star) visit. Everyone was very kind and courteous, and Dr. Smith is a painless, caring, skilled dentist.
Dr. Smith is an excellent dentist! He is a compassionate and caring person and I have always been made to feel not only important but completely at ease. His staff members are very friendly and know what they are doing. I would recommend this office for all your dental needs in Fremont.
Don't ever have to cancel or reschedule an appointment because they put you on a list so that you can not call and make a new appointment again - they will call you if they 'feel you will keep an appointment time'. This "policy" is not communicated to patients and you don't know you will be treated this way until it's too late. Poor business practices.
