The moment that I called, Rachel was polite, attentive and on point. I was in a lot of pain and Rachel got me in the office quickly. When I arrived I was greeted by two of the best professionals Rachel and Joann the best that I have ever meet at a dentist office, they were caring and understanding. When I met the Dr and his assistant, I felt like family. Everyone of the staff members were good to me. I unfortunately had to have two extractions, I was very nervous and again, everyone made me feel very comfortable and at ease.... read more

Arrived late due to road construction, I also had a migraine from a stressful event at home. Arrive at Nelson Dental, to find everyone busy. It was very quiet, even with the tv set on in the waiting room. I met the new , new to me, Dental Hygienist, who took me back to her work station. She was through, fast, and completed my deep cleaning in less than 20 minutes. She offered me some advice for getting to the more difficult areas in my mouth, so I have less plaque. Dr Nelson has been my dentist for years, was here before his father passed, after my last dentist passed. He has always had caring, compassionate staff and is very much up on the new technology in dentistry. I would recommend him and his office to everyone.
