Faster en route time. Made it from Louisville to Flaget Memorial Hospital before they did. And they were literally 5-7 minutes away. Ridiculous!

I had a very good experience when I was transported several years ago. They were very professional and made sure that I stayed conscious during the ride to the ER. Thank you Travis Black for taking such good care of me!!! And then when my 3 year old Autistic grandson had an extremely high fever, the doctor had them transport him to Kosairs. The EMS worker let my daughter ride in back with him so he wouldn't have a meltdown. They were very caring and understanding of his condition. My daughter was able to keep him calm.
