I have been to see Dr Sanders several times over the last 18 months. They get you in almost immediately after you arrive for your appointment, no waiting an hour or two here, thank god! She really tries to get to the bottom of your problem and gives you carrying info about what can be done for your issue.
Oxford Failures at Practice. They lost my paperwork! After loosing my medical records, they made me wait 2 weeks of calling every 3 days before finally saying they found it...which was a lie. i got there and got my script to find that they made one up!! it was 1 pill a day instead of 4!!! so i told the receptionist and she lied to me again and said the dr said we would try this and see how it goes...BS! i have withdrawls fron this medication!!! you cant cut it down to 1/4 of a dose a day!!! so I had to wait and fix that too!... read more
Staff was very kind. Dr. Salame was very informative and helpful. All the studies he ordered can be done in his office which is great!
Dr. Salame is a great Dr. Very interactive and concerned with patients long term health. Communicates so the patient understands the diagnosis and the options for improved health. Staff has always been very courteous. Actual time from appointment to being seen is a little slow based on the volume of patients they see. I have had only good experiences while using this office.
I would not recommend this office at all! Go TO UAB!! I had an extremely long wait (somewhat understandable for cardiology) and the staff was less than pleasant. Once getting in the exam room the male nurse answered his cell phone and left the room while talking to me about the problems I was having. When the Dr. finally came in he was rushing with me and left the room ( I was under the impression he was coming back) and the receptionist came and got me from the exam room for checkout. I would give him a 5 star but the office personel really bring him down. He is friendly, helpful and really cares about his patients.
I would give him a five star but the office staff really are horrible. He knows the right questions to ask and really listens and cares.
