Early in our new build but so far the communication has been excellent. Started picking interior items and Yokasta and Jahnvi really captured my vision and simplified the process. So excited to pick out the rest with them.
Nelson Construction and Chuck our superintendent were very responsive and thorough in the first phase of our project. It was refreshing that he and his crew showed up on Monday morning for 8am start, not only on time, but early! I’ve never experienced that in the 7 years I’ve lived in Florida. They are a professional organization.
My initial contact with Yokasta was February 24 when we started to layout a very rough design. She then spent many hours coming up with a design that would fit into the limited property space available. Design given to engineers and she proceeded to layout booklet. I had a great experience working with the design team at Nelson Construction. Yokasta and her colleagues Jahnvi and Matt were always quick to respond, helpful, and full of great ideas. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable — from the home design itself to selecting materials and colors. The designers are clearly passionate about their work, and it was a real pleasure collaborating with the whole team.
