I was driving downtown looking for a jeweler, and noticed this quaint jewelry store tucked away was now under new management. I was greeted by the sweetest young lady,( with awesome glasses ), and not only were my two rings repaired, they were done in an hour. The customer service, friendliness was something that you hardly see anymore. Thank you.

This is a review of Nelson Coleman Jewelers in Easton, MD. The owner is -- imo -- unprofessional. She will not admit when she has obviously made a mistake -- will aggressively try to blame you for her mistake -- and offers no resolution to problems she created. Period. This was my third visit with this jeweler -- unpleasant at each visit. There are few other options here -- However I would not trust them with any valuable jewelry for repairs or even cleaning. My advice is -- do not trust this jeweler with your valuable items... read more
