This is a review of Nelson Coleman Jewelers in Easton, MD. The owner is -- imo -- unprofessional. She will not admit when she has obviously made a mistake -- will aggressively try to blame you for her mistake -- and offers no resolution to problems she created. Period. This was my third visit with this jeweler -- unpleasant at each visit. There are few other options here -- However I would not trust them with any valuable jewelry for repairs or even cleaning. I am SO impressed with Nelson Coleman Jewlers. They are extremely professional, kind and quick! They took a pair of my late grandmothers earrings and deigned and made my wedding band out of them. It’s so special to me and absolutely beautifully done. We worked with Madeline and she couldn’t have been more professional, fun and helpful!
