Nelson is INCREDIBLE! Super kind, clear communicator, very helpful. Instrumental in helping me find what is currently my favorite apartment that I've had the opportunity to live in, in my 12 years living in NYC. Could not recommend him more!
I toured several of Nelson's properties throughout Brooklyn and all of them were impeccable-- it was clear that Nelson works with landlords that take incredible care of their buildings and keep them very well maintained. Recently attended an open house that Nelson ran and was extremely impressed by his kindness, communication, and organization (the listing attracted over 700 people). He was genuine, transparent, and fair - qualities that can be hard to find in NYC brokers. Would not hesitate to work with him in the future!
After living in NYC for over ten years, I can say Nelson was the best broker I ever worked with in the city. Unlike other brokers, Nelson actually kept track of what I was looking for in my initial outreach, and thought of me when a relevant opening popped up. It didn't matter that I was renting a lower cost unit, I still felt respected and that my concerns mattered. Nelson was also remarkable at helping me with the logistics moving out three years later. He's truly a gifted and kind broker, a rarity in NYC.
Nelson helped me find an apartment twice when I was living in New York City. Both times I contacted him, he was able to show me many options within my budget, location, etc. And he was also able to show me a few places that I hadn't considered, but those places were great options too! Nelson was very responsive to any communications I sent him, and I found him to be always punctual and professional. He has a very pleasant manner and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new place to call home.
