I had an extremely positive experience with Nelson, renting a 1-bedroom unit in the Prospect Heights area! I am a very proactive apartment-hunter, so I saw my unit within a few hours of it being posted. I called Nelson, and he was able to work it into his schedule to show the unit to me that afternoon. I highly recommend working with Nelson. He was incredibly attentive and took the time to truly understand what I was looking for. Every showing was thoughtfully selected and clearly aligned with my priorities. Nelson was never pushy or salesy. Instead, he was supportive, informed, and always had my best interests in mind.
