I had an extremely positive experience with Nelson, renting a 1-bedroom unit in the Prospect Heights area! I am a very proactive apartment-hunter, so I saw my unit within a few hours of it being posted. I called Nelson, and he was able to work it into his schedule to show the unit to me that afternoon. I highly recommend working with Nelson. He was incredibly attentive and took the time to truly understand what I was looking for. Every showing was thoughtfully selected and clearly aligned with my priorities. Nelson was never pushy or salesy. Instead, he was supportive, informed, and always had my best interests in mind. What could have been a stressful experience felt smooth and manageable thanks to his guidance and care. I definitely plan to reach back out to Nelson if and when I am looking to move again.

I toured several of Nelson's properties throughout Brooklyn and all of them were impeccable-- it was clear that Nelson works with landlords that take incredible care of their buildings and keep them very well maintained. After touring a handful of places, Nelson let us know that he had a place that seemed like a perfect fit and he met us same-day to allow us to tour it before it was ever listed online.
