I've called a few times in the past year and the customer service hasn't been very good. I have bought a lot of parts from this place but it really has gone downhill in the past year or so. I have called about parts and was promised a call back but I never got one. I called today about a temperature control for my versa. I asked if it worked the man said he didn't know and that it could not be tested. If you don't know if it works why are you selling it? You expect me to pay 500.00 to have a part installed and you don't know... read more
