The apartments themselves are fine and the landlord is nice, only problem was the amount that was taken from the safety deposit some of it was understandable but some didn't make sense.
This place is in a fantastic spot; it is within walking distance of the University of Wyoming. This review pertains to the place as it was in 2010; it may have changed. However, if you happen to get apartment #2, then be prepared to pretty much be freezing all winter long, which is most of the year. For one, this apartment does NOT have the control to the heater; apartment #1 does. For another thing, apt. #2 is apparently the last to receive the heat emanated from the heaters, so as a result the kitchen feels almost like bei... read more
