A good place to live, but the landlady is super rude! I would give it 5 stars if it weren't for her. Good price and location. Nice apartment.

I was a newborn (1991) to a little kid when we lived here. We rented apt #11 My mother didnt enjoy it much. Before the new renovations, the carpets were green an in our apartment had mushrooms growing out the carpet. I had a lot of my firsts in this apartment. I learned to walk here, my first bath, my explorations, my first winter, my first santa experience, me playing outside. This place is where my roots began. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Cathy is the worst old hag I have ever had to deal with. My husband and I signed for this apartment and didn’t end up living here because we took a job out of state. We sold our contract and never lived one day in this apartment. When we tried to check out, Cathy showed up at the wrong time and tried to blame us. We called her and she argued with us on the phone for 20 minutes telling us she was going to charge us a cleaning fee for an apartment we never lived in. We got out securi... read more
