Even through I was late, I was still seen by Dr. Alcarez. Amazing staff and the ENT was so professional and knowledgeable. I was done in less than an hour. Thank you!

This place is fraud...charged me a $50 copay and billed my insurance for $966 for an office visit and bill was not covered..how dare they charge almost $1000 for an office visit in which no surgery was done...they should be shut down

Whell for me HE IS EXELENT DR HE MAKE GOOD JOBS Until NOW IS MANY YEARS OLD ATTENDING TO. ME THANKS GOD HE KNOWS DO HE JOBS FOR ME HE. IS. AN. EXELENT DR. HE. IS. EXELLENT FOR EARS. And. THROUGH it has. IS NOT. FAILED ME GOD BLESSED THIS DR GOOD JOBS

Dr. Alcaraz is an excellent Doctor. This was our first visit to this ENT Allergy Associates office. I took my Mother to the office because she had ear wax impactions. I was lucky that I secured a same day appointment on line. We arrived and we're promptly taken in. The whole appointment including the waiting room time took about 20 minutes. The Doctor and PA were very thorough and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Alcaraz.

Dr. Was very helpful, kind, don’t talk to much but explain to you what you need to know about your problems, I took my grandson for problems in his throat and he found it, he checked his ear and his nose too. Thank you. NJ
