Had Nelson Air come to my home twice to repair my air conditioning. Both times they were on time and clearly explained what the issues were. They did not try to add unnecessary updates and fixes just stuck with the issues. They also followed up with a call a few days after to assure the air conditioning was working properly. I would recommend using Nelson Air Heating & Air Conditioning.

First we used Nelson’s for our business. Installed 2 large units on our roof and it was done ahead of time and our company was grateful for the professionalism on the owner Scott. He knows his stuff. Then our AC had issues at home and he educated me on the current unit, which was old vs you a new unit and I was sold. Again he did a great job and we feel cooler and paying less per month. Nelson Air provided me with options and recommendations on a new unit. Scott was very professional and knowledgeable about the systems he offered as options. He did exactly what he said he going to do, and we couldn’t be happier with his service.
