We've been using Nelson Air to service our unit and perform an annual cleaning for a few years. Our unit stopped working on a Saturday and Mike came out and fixed it by the end of the day. Reliable, honest, and responsive!

Stay away, now going on 3 weeks without AC, this guy replaced my coils and the AC company I used to fix the problem said he did not replace a valve that was required when installing new coils, so now $1000 later I am getting another company to fix the problem he could not schedule for 3 weeks to come back out on. So bottom line wants this guy is paid he is gone. Will probably be going to small claims court on this, thanks for the terrible service.
We have a really challenging situation the way the vents were placed when our home was built. We had several people come out and look at how to fix the situation and even things out inside of our home with air flow. We were quoted thousands of dollars for a complete overhaul. Mike took a look and said he could fix the problem the same way for under $1,000 by adding vents and returns to force air flow where we needed it. Awesome service and great prices. Made the drive to Starke to install new AC. Very professional. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a new AC or just service on old one.
