Mike Nelson and Nelson Air is a rarity in the home mechanical business. He truly cares for his customers and will do what is best for them. My 20 year old A/C system quit a few days ago and I tried everything I knew to get it to work. I had used Nelson before and gave them a call. Mike got right back to me and offered several suggestions to get me cool. It worked for a while, but crashed again.
