They always were good to us.........
Bad customer service
Great place if you are looking for tile and wood floor options. Lots and lots of variety of tiles. Also has lots of stone options. Thier engineered flooring options are more limited. But if you need tile this is the place to go to.
Not very helpful, the older clerks are just grouchy, lost my order, took 2-1/2 weeks just to get some readily available splash tile. Still waiting.
