We recently hired Nelsen Contracting for water damage restoration after a pipe leak in our basement. The crew arrived quickly, explained everything clearly, and cleaned up the area better than expected. The whole process felt smooth and professional.
Absolutely the worst experience we’ve ever had. He’s taken over $90,000 over time from my mother who is 80 and on oxygen. She was being assured the work was being done on her rental , and getting more and more money. She didn’t know hardly any work was done the past year, until she got an out of compliance letter from the city. I went over and realized she’s been conned.
