Recent transaction with dealership. Just ok.... Salesman was nice but manager not so much. Very difficult to deal with.
On our way to the North Woods for vacation, our truck broke down. It needed a wheel bearing replaced, and the mechanics were getting ready to leave for the day. They checked to see if they had the part, and it was in stock. One of their mechanics, Matt, agreed to stay over after hours to help us out since we were on our way to vacation.
