My daughter made an appointment for her senior prom. She texted Nelly a picture of what she wanted. When she showed up on a Friday at 1:00..no one was there, door locked and lights out. My daughter called Nelly. She answered and said “I can’t talk now” and hung up. A few days later we stopped in to see Nelly. She lied and said she didn’t have our #! DON’T TRUST NELLY!
I had made an appointment to cut my 1-year-old baby's hair, when I was outside the premises I called to say that I was already outside but there was no answer. My husband went to the local and she from inside said "not today". It is not professional to do this.
