My first appointment will be on November 1st can’t wait and get my hair done meet Nelly who has been wonderful communicating with me by phone and email. She’s been so attentive and accommodating.
I called last minute and they squeezed me in. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The owner Nelly was very informative and answered all my questions. The salon was very clean and decorated well. Looks like I found a my new salon.
I came in as a “hot mess” (dry, tangled, somewhat matted, neglected hair)…left simply “HOT”! Thanks Nellie and the whole team….worth every dime spent…I’m worth it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
They were polite. And pretty fast. They allowed me to state any problems and what what I wanted and took care me and my daughter.
