This place gotta do something abt the neighbors everytime I hear people arguing and yelling all damn day then people play music from 6pm all the way to 1 am all day long when people gotta wake up for work the music is so loud I could hear it in the shower this place needs to do something about the noise the adults be so loud and the kids so quiet is so bad the kids act better then the adults i hear adults arguing all day all night this place gotta do something abt the noise this month but it gotta stop

Extremely disappointed in this location. I have never been slandered in my life. I am in the process of moving and having a new home built so we figured that we would look into this location for a temporary rental while our home is built. I am fully approved for a VA mortgage on a new build home yet I was denied permission to move into this establishment due to having a common first and last name. Great and friendly management and staff, clean, no bugs and quiet, I would recommend this extended stay to people who need somewhere to go short term or long.

I've been living here for a year and a half, and the neighbors are all great once you get to know everyone. Maintenance guys are very friendly and take care of all your needs if any. Bug guy comes around every couple months, so no bugs. It's a great place to live when you can't afford much else. Crime is just about nill, and if you have any problems they take care of it immediately. Swimming pool has been down for over a year.
