Citing everyone for having security cameras for the unsafe neighbor hood but they refuse to do their jobs. Your water heater explodes and floods your house? They deny mold tests. Your HVaC has 4” of dust and poor everywhere even from move in? They MIGHT shop vac the close by visible portion (while the exhaust of the shop vac shoots it all over your house and furniture). Moving in? They’ll lie and say there are no problems at all, my discrepancy list was more than 2 full pages…
George came out to do our annual preventative maintenance. He was professional and personable. Made sure everything was good to go. It was great to have the AC cleaned and checked before the high heat of the summer. Thanks again George!

The upgrade to the childrens room in the office is amazing. If you live in the community, definitely recommend checking it out!! Also the gentleman in the front office is very nice and easy to work with!
