Nellie corporation is a very reliable and easy going corporation. Their property managers are honest and easy to work with. They are truly one of the best in the area
We are a masonry and concrete company that came out and fixed their monument sign at one of their commercial properties.The property manager was wonderful. He was pleasant to speak with on the phone and very polite. We hope to continue to do business with them.
This company is selfish and greedy They don’t care about you they want your money you can’t even negotiate with them Give yourself a favor don’t ever sign a lease with these.
