Very friendly and helpful. Incredible extensive collection of samples. Not to worry about Baily welcome.
Customer service was very very poor!! I was told my drapes would be ready in 2 to 3 weeks. After one month I had to keep calling to get them installed. The drapes are pretty but all different lengths we had three window in same room. Veloy was a VERY RUDE and told me different stories each time I called.
Came to measure Oct. 15 and l am still waiting for my Roman shades. I was promised 30 days. It's been 2 months. One didn't fit right, even though Veloy came to measure in person... that was three weeks ago and still no re-delivery. Two others were missing brackets on wall to be able to roll up and down and leave adjusted. Quality is not what expected for how much they charge.
