If I could Rate Nell Wyatt & team management of my home less than 1 star I would. While under their careful watch, there was no records kept of quarterly or semiannual visit to the property, they allowed renters to remove doors and fixturing, charge for repairs that was done, property upkeep not being done and contracts being renewed without my knowledge or without sending me copies or they keeping proper records.
