Horrible experience in the ER with Dr. Steed. Explained to her my situation of my shoulder pain and told her my hands felt numb. Her response was, “Numb like if I stabbed it with a knife, you won’t feel it! Because that is what numb means.” I felt like she thought I was faking my pain. She sent me to get X-ray done on my shoulder even when I told her I had a MRI done and there’s a tear in my rotating cuff. As expected, X-ray came back with nothing found.
