Professional and friendly. Her bedside manner and smile make for a positive visit. Very understanding and kind hearted. Location is a bit hidden, at the end of the business area. Separate building, looks like a large home. Her office is at the end of the hall way. Snacks and beverages are a welcoming touch.
As a doctor she is the best, she is very professional and precise in what she does, but her kindness, empathy and patience make her the best I have ever met.
Dr Nell has always been great as my Dr. been going for years Heather also goes way above and beyond for this practice. Super kind. Definitely recommend
I was a patient of Dr Nell’s for maybe 10 years. I missed one appointment and was dropped from their practice as a patient with depression, substance addiction, anxiety, A.D.D, and insomnia. My kids had the flu and I completely missed my appointment. I have had the most difficult time finding a new provider because of the high charges and fees at the beginning.
