As a doctor she is the best, she is very professional and precise in what she does, but her kindness, empathy and patience make her the best I have ever met.

I was a patient of Dr Nell’s for maybe 10 years. I missed one appointment and was dropped from their practice as a patient with depression, substance addiction, anxiety, A.D.D, and insomnia. My kids had the flu and I completely missed my appointment. I have had the most difficult time finding a new provider because of the high charges and fees at the beginning. Dr. Nell is a great doctor. I moved here from out of town and was referred to her. She is very nice and easy to talk too. She is very knowledgeable and actually cares about her patients. She has helped me tremendously. I would recommend her to anyone!!
