If I could rate Dee Smith and the rest of the crackhead employees there at Nell A Jarman zero stars, that would be a fitting rating for these deceitful, duplicitous, scam slumlords. I was broken into and all my things were stolen. I called Dee Smith to report it, and I was told that they wouldn't replace the appliances until I had renters insurance, which was only suggested not required. Either way, legally, they were supposed to replace all appliances that were advertised with the apartment. I didn't receive my deposit back... read more
