Devin saved the day when our HVAC unit unexpectedly fritzed out during a particularly warm day. Courteous, kind, and so helpful! He got everything diagnosed and fixed so easily for us. Grateful that he could fit us into a very busy schedule. And so happy to now have a go-to for all our HVAC maintenance and service needs.
Devin did a great job installing our new water heater. He responded very quickly, was punctual, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was installed safely and cleanly. The whole process was smooth, and he even took the time to explain how the system works. He also recently installed a central AC unit for the entire house — it runs perfectly, and we've noticed our energy bills have gone down since. Highly recommend his work!
They’re Honestand friendly and pretty flexible when it comes to scheduling. Very trustworthy and know what they’re doing. I highly recommend him even if it’s a temporary fix to a full replacement.
We had an after hours situation happen with our furnance. Within 30 mins Devin contacted us and was on his way without hesitation. He would not leave until the problem was well enough to keep our family of 4 warm until the major problem could be fixed. To say Devin was exceptional would be not near enough credit.
