AC wasn’t cooling downstairs and he found the drain line was blocked causing water to drip into the ductwork. This caused it to sag and eventually pinch off the airflow. He just fixed it and gave suggestions for the future but didn’t try and sell me on new ductwork or upgrades to the system. He just fixed it which I really appreciate. He also put in a new clean out valve and a secondary drain for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend Nelke HVAC.

The team is punctual and professional. They were very respectful of our home by removing their shoes and cleaning up any mess they made. On top of that their honest opinion about our HVAC system as a whole has won us over as customers. We highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Great service, reasonable price. They replaced my heat pump and mini-split last year but used the existing lines (I asked them to in order to keep the cost down). The drain line started leaking over a year later and they came by and fixed it free of charge, even though it wasn't even their work.

From the first phone call, Devon is a professional. Responded to my request in a timely manner. He was at my house right away with an estimate and the work was booked in a week and completed as promised. This is a trustworthy company. An extra comment is this company is very tidy. I really appreciate that.

Heat pump went out this spring. Incredibly professional and talented team was here within a couple hours of the first call. They were able to trouble shoot the problem, find and repair the leak same day. I can't recommend them enough. 10 Stars. We will have them back yearly for service. Support the small businesses in our communities.
