They delivered the flowers with one day notice- delivered early- and the flowers were beautiful
I have ordered flowers for delivery from Nelia's multiple times now, and have always been very pleased and impressed--both by the quality and the arrangements themselves, as well as the timeliness of the delivery itself! Thank you so much for providing a great product and service.
Our funeral arrangement was beautifully done and promptly delivered. Nelia is awesome to deal with directly as well, she is very well organized, and was helpful with important changes I needed to the card on the arrangement. This is my third time placing an order with Nelia, the arrangements have been beautiful, and I also find her pricing reasonable compared to other Toronto florists.
Best customer service. The long stem roses' quality was amazing, lasted almost a month.
