I was at Cottage Hill Park. The Nelco guys were spraying tar on the pavement. They had the parking lot all blocked off. I parked completely out-of-the-way. The men sprayed hot tar down in front of the field house. Not wanting to get tar on my feet I walked around yet again. The workers came out and started yelling at me. “Hey can’t you hear?
