I called them three times in the span of 20-25 minutes! NO ANSWER! ( save the “we’re busy” bullshit, you’re not the only busy business!! Hire more people if it’s so hard to answer the damn phone) On top of the box being full! I placed an order and have some questions before I get there but if there’s no answer there’s no me! These review say your customer service is good but good customer service goes BEYOND in store. You have a phone for a reason! With use it or take the call option away!
