Needed an emergency plumber on a Saturday night to fix a leaking stop cock at my elderly parent’s house. Googled local emergency plumbers and this company came up, had 5 star review and quite a few so gave them a call. Answered and after a quick discussion, images sent to give them an idea of what they had to work round they quoted a reasonable figure and arrived within 15mins. Booked Nela Plumbing & Gas Services to do our annual boiler service. Communication beforehand was very good, Fatri arrived promptly at the designated time and was friendly and professional. Gave advice on a couple of other issues too, explaining very well to someone who knows nothing about plumbing!! We will definitely use Nela again.
