Booked Nela Plumbing & Gas Services to do our annual boiler service. Communication beforehand was very good, Fatri arrived promptly at the designated time and was friendly and professional. Gave advice on a couple of other issues too, explaining very well to someone who knows nothing about plumbing!! We will definitely use Nela again.

I recently had a couple of serious leaks and Fatri was amazing. His communication is outstanding and attention to detail brilliant. This company is brilliant. I called late at night with an emergency and they arrived within 15 mins! The plumber was polite, competent and worked hard to fix the leaking pipe, going above and beyond by securing some other loose pipework in the process. Very reasonable cost and such a relief to get the problem fixed so quickly. Fab service
