I wrote in to Nekter regarding this location and got no response. They should definitely take note from these Google reviews. I was so excited when this opened near me because I have always loved Nekter, but I have been repeatedly disappointed on multiple fronts. Don’t waste your time or money! Everything about it sucks.
I ordered a protein bowl, it was not busy when I was there yet the açaí was watery, I had huge strawberry chucks that had not been properly sliced same as the banana, the peanut butter was in a scoop form and did not blend evenly in the bowl as it usually does. Honestly I want my money back, when the woman behind the counter handed me my bowl it didn’t have a lid on it and there’s not where to sit so I couldn’t have sat down to eat even if I wanted to, I asked for a lid and a bag and she seemed annoyed, customer experience w... read more
