All I can say is YIKES. I go to locations all over the valley and get the same order everywhere I go. Not only did she ring me up for the wrong size, the toxin flush (which is ALWAYS green) came out yellow. I am not a customer that likes to complain or send things back so I drank most of it and realized it was the wrong size. We usually order through the App, and our orders are always ready when we get there. The staff is always friendly.
Went in to order and the staff all just stared at me for 5-6 mins on the phone. Did not welcome me in or anything. It’s okay to be busy but I was the only one in the store. I’m black and it kind of felt like they didn’t want to help me at all
There was only one person working and it took me 20 minutes to get a smoothie and waffles.
