I was very disappointed in the customer service today! Asian girl who took my order was very rude and disgusting for know reason!! Like girly your never mind …No wonder out of all nectars in AZ this has the lowest ratings!
I tried to use my BOGO which is for buy one fresh item get the second item of equal or lesser value free. My juice was 10.89 and my bowl was 11.09 if my math is correct that equals 21.98 divided by 2 is 10.99. I was charged 17.98 and was told by the franchise owner I received the discount because it was $5.45 how is $5.45 HALF of $21.98 I then showed her the receipt and the app code and she even read it and still was adamant about them charging me correctly. Will not be giving this location my business. Do better.
I come here once a week, and all I can say is that it is super clean, both food and place. You go in and out and if you used the app it's way quicker. The girls are all super nice and I say girls because I've never seen a dude here except the owener.
