Gets my online order wrong every time. Every. Single. Time. Easiest job in the world. Read the ticket, put what you’re reading into the bowl! Can’t believe this is so difficult.
I was in the store for to get a couple of drinks. A gal named Emma helped me and wow so efficient. She was very nice and patient with me.
Took my money, never gave me an order. The staff seems nice. But they couldn’t even give me a refund, I waited for over 15 minutes and they gave everyone else their order that came in after me. After I complained and asked for my money back, they said they could “make it in 30 seconds”. I just wanted my money back at that point as they just kept going to the back room and disappearing.
