I wish I could give less than a star. Whoever was working cashier 8/28/25 at 2 in the afternoon, was not working. She was too engaged in her personal conversation in the back to address not only me but 3 other customers at different times. 2 customers waited for over 5 minutes at the register before being noticed. My personal experience was similar and when I stressed my food allergies, she didn't acknowledge me. I asked again if the bowl would be safe and she said "yeah I heard you." Very rude. This location will mistreat each customer with the knowledge they have a no refund policy. Where? Where does it say on your store doors or website there are no refunds?!? Your customer service in this location is absolutely the worst. I paid $13 for you to mess my order up, as if I didn’t wait long enough. As the manager Sarah you should not be making orders incorrectly and(or) have an environment that’s constantly rushing. This was the last straw for me.
