My daughter and I stopped by Nékter Juice Bar early in the morning—we were probably the first customers of the day! She ordered the Raspberry Riot, and I got the Berry Banana Burst. Both were fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to jump-start our morning. Carmen took great care of us and had such a positive, welcoming attitude, even that early in the morning. Great drinks and excellent customer service—we’ll definitely be back!
Not sure what is happening with Nekter. Still the best juice options, but they seem to have cut staffing to bare minumms. Walked in at 8:35, only 1 customer, and I saw only 1 employee with a very unhappy expression on her face. No greeting, no “I’ll be right with you”, just an apparent avoidance yo make eye contact while she was preparing an order. I waited a few minutes then realized she didn’t value my business enough to at least acknowledge my presence so I left without making a purchase.
I placed an online order for two bowls. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted, and the bowls looked better than the pictures. The taste was amazing, and the service was outstanding. I will be ordering from this store more often.
