Really frustrated with the Totem Lake location. Usually the wait time is super long, which I’m aware of, so I place online orders through the app in hopes that it’s at least almost ready by the time I arrive, although it never has been each time I’ve ordered in the past. Today I go in, am sitting waiting patiently, thinking it’s common sense to greet customers and ask how you can help them. Employees are nice, smoothies are pretty good and healthy. Only issue is the wait time is pretty bad, and fairly often it's a long wait. If you're in hurry to grab a quick smooth or bowl, sadly this isn't the place, otherwise it's good.

Sadly this location skimps on the waffle toppings. Look at the thin spread of smashed avocado compared to the pictures online of Nekter’s Waffocado. Where are my chunks? 😩 I’ll stick to the Redmond location. For the berry one, I’m sure the whipped cream deflates after sitting out for a few minutes, but the strawberry pieces were also tiny.

Great service. I have 100 allergies and she helped me find something I could have. Very knowledgeable of the menu and checked several ingredients for me.
