I really like the concept of Nekter and appreciate their focus on using fruits and vegetables to nourish the body. However, the customer service consistently falls short. Most of the staff don’t seem welcoming or enthusiastic, and it often feels like they don’t really want to be there or provide good service. It makes the overall experience less enjoyable, despite the great menu.
Because Nékter's acai bowls are so delicious, I've really started using them in place of meals. It's fun to mix up the toppings, which are always fresh. Additionally, ordering in advance is quite simple with the app, and the benefits mount up quickly. My weekly regimen now includes it!
