I rushed over to the closest Nékter today that was still open, only to be turned away 30 minutes before closing. The staff said they stop serving juices after 7:30 p.m. It felt more like they were in a hurry to close than focused on providing good customer service.
tried to order online for asap and it showed us a 45 minute wait so we figured it was a mistake so we came in early to let them know we are here so they can get started on it, and so they said they were starting on it…. 25+ minutes later i am still sitting here waiting for it even though multiple people have come in and ordered and left. it was 3 açaí bowls. the girls working didn’t bother to update or let us know why they weren’t starting our order. and then they still messed up one of the bowls.. i love nektar and this is ... read more
