6/14/25 UPDATE— this location has been on it lately! My orders have been correct AND received with all my items. Delicious as always. Happy to see this comeback! ___________________ I love Nekter, and this is the closest location to me! However, I’ve consistently had issues with delivery orders from this store—missing or incorrect items at least once every other week. tried to order online for asap and it showed us a 45 minute wait so we figured it was a mistake so we came in early to let them know we are here so they can get started on it, and so they said they were starting on it…. 25+ minutes later i am still sitting here waiting for it even though multiple people have come in and ordered and left. it was 3 açaí bowls. the girls working didn’t bother to update or let us know why they weren’t starting our order. and then they still messed up one of the bowls.. i love nektar and this is ... read more
I rushed over to the closest Nékter today that was still open, only to be turned away 30 minutes before closing. The staff said they stop serving juices after 7:30 p.m. It felt more like they were in a hurry to close than focused on providing good customer service.
