Legit disgusting. Can’t even call it an açaí bowl. Employee was incredibly rude when I showed them my watery açaí bowl that was grey and my friends bowl was half frozen banana. They told us they couldn’t remake bc their boss would yell at them. A super weird experience all around
I am a regular nekter customer at various valley locations— one thing is for sure. There is a widespread issue with customers receiving all the items they paid for when ordering delivery or pickup. I ordered for a group at work and spent $100+ — and was missing a $20 bowl and a smoothie. You can imagine the disappointment when some folks got their order while others did not. I have made similar reviews about the location near central and camelback— that seems to have gotten better and now this one but work is having issues. ... read more
