Got a $100 gift card for here and super unluckily for me, the only milk they have is cashew milk, which I’m very allergic to. No other milk options at all so 90% of the menu I can’t touch. So I ordered the dragon fruit bowl and my partner got the peanut butter chia pudding. Both were supposed to be without cashew milk but after trying both of ours, I’m leaving with an allergic reaction. VERY DANGEROUS place for NUT ALLERGIES. On top of that, what we got didn’t taste good and the interior seating is in pretty rough shape.
Super disappointed this is my usual spot I ordered a build your own bowl and then a regular bowl just to wait 30 minutes for both and for them to be made completely wrong. I was already late due to using my whole lunch waiting for bowls that I didn’t even get a chance to get them corrected definitely won’t be returning to this location.
This place needs to hire more people - poor cashier at lunch had a huge rush and was all alone and it took 30 mins for people to get their bowls/smoothies - good smoothie in the end though no hate to the cashier she was great
I absolutely love coming to Nekter Pasadena (parking can be challenging but that's a whole different conversation). The service is always super quick, which makes it so convenient, and even though the customer service vibe changes depending on who’s there, it’s always warm and welcoming. Waited 20 minutes for 1 drink, while other people behind me were helped first. Turns out they forgot about my order. Bad service
