Horrible experience! I’ve been juicing with Nékter for years and it’s been amazing!! This location is run so badly the time wait is ridiculous! The people they hire don’t care about the place and it shows! I blame the owner it all starts at the top.
Today was my first time here. I was really excited about getting a fresh breakfast. As soon as I walked in no one was around after waiting a couple minutes and looking at the menu I was still unsure of what to get since it was my first time here. I felt rushed and on top of that I got my parfait and visibly from the outside of the cup you can see a hair in my vanilla yogurt - I pulled it out and showed my fiance whom stated it looked like it was a fuzz from a rag or something. This place had very friendly staff and a great vibe. Thier acai bowls were great too. I am however disappointed with their choclate and peanut butter shake. It was very tart and bland. It did not seem to have real peanut butter in it.
