I did not catch the employees name, but she was incredible. She was getting bombarded with app orders and was hustling to make every single one. I did not mind the wait at all. She deserves recognition for not only the great customer service, but also how fast and efficient she was with a smile on her face the whole time. I will definitely be coming back to this location.
Ordered online, came in and order was already almost done… NICE! Got the anniversary smoothie and definitely my new fav. waffles were also on point! Yum
I love going into Nekter, but it looks like you guys can't afford staffing because there only seems to be only 1 single employee running the whole store!!!!! They always do a great job but I feel so bad that they have no support!!!!
