Called in a few times trying to figure out how to modify a smoothie to be Low Fodmap due to me having a flare up. I haven’t been able to eat anything but the young lady who answered the phone was very understanding and didn’t make me feel like crud for calling in a few times. I came to this location and as soon as I walk in, the guy tells me it’s gonna be an hour and 15 minute wait. he does not say hello. And does not apologize. The majority of the time at any nekter location it takes a long time for them to make the smoothie or bowl, but it never takes over an hour. Needless to say, I left and wasted my time coming here due to this poor service.
Very rude service and management despite being customers for a while. Never going back there
