Well, the place closed the day before I decided to make a stop here, for the first time. Its unfortunate that there is no way of knowing on google maps. And this chain is really good! I was really looking forward to a protein bowl.
I showed up for a reserved slot to pick up my smoothie and there was a note in the door saying they weren’t there. People come at specific times and expect service. This is a massive inconvenience and ClassPass does not even refund credits in this circumstance. Do better!
There was a younger dude working at 2pm on Monday he was kind of rude and just made us feel awkward we were a little over whelmed by all the selection and I just kind of felt like we were bothering him
The manager, at the San Clemente location when I visit almost every Friday morning, is superb! He’s warm, courteous, helpful, and professional. He’s a major factor, along with the tasty smoothie selections, for my return visits.
Cute place, great service. But the juice doesn’t taste accurate and wasn’t given the extra juice like at other locations (Iadded ice). So I paid extra for the ice..,
