When I placed the order online, it didn’t take long for my order to be completed. Thank you for the prompt service.
Ordered 1 again bowl with no granola.and they still put granola inside instead like I wouldn't see ot or something. And it tasted horrible like chemicals. I get a acai bowl every week and this is the 2nd timethis has happened. Will no longer be going here
Walked in on 8/4 6 min before closing and the girl working did not want to serve us.
The acaí bowls were decent—fresh fruit and nicely presented—but the base could’ve used more flavor and a touch more sweet. Not bad overall, just missing that extra something to make it memorable.
I came in to pick up an order I had placed 20 minutes earlier. Upon arriving, I waited at the counter for another 15 minutes before anyone looked up to assist me. I understand the store was busy, and I am one of many customers they graciously serve each day, but a brief acknowledgment would have made all the difference. When I was finally greeted by a kind and professional staff member, she promptly handed me my drink, which had clearly been prepared and waiting in the cooler.
